Channel System

Now the ekRO Channel System is implemented..

Benefits,
1.There are 2 channels one for main chat and 1 for trading
2.Global Chat
3.Have to switch on if u want to receive the chat.. Or can switch of if u dont want to receive
4.Easy usage

Useage,
2 commands
1. @main on|off
after switching on u can send chat either my @main "message" or wisper $Main ur message

2. @vend on|off
after switching on u can send chat either my @vend "message" or wisper $Vend ur message

These messages will be screened regularly and also logged anyone abusing the system will be jailled or banned..
