This is a guide to get the Executioners Hood.

First go to splendide 173 196, and talk with sign post named "Splendide Quest"

Select, 'Accept Mission', then select one of the slots.
You will now get a list of quest you can do. Now scroll down and select 'Executioner Hood'.

Stat bonus of Executioner Hood:
Immunity to Blind. 7% resistance to Curse.
And 1 Slotted... cool...
